Welcome to Mammoth City. Spring is in the air and crime is on the riseâwell crime has been up for some time now. The police cannot, or will not do anything about it. The administration is as corrupt as the street gangs running amok. It is time for a new breed of citizens to arise. Ordinary people will gain extraordinary powersâbut will they use these newfound abilities for good or ill? Only time, and a heartless random number generator will tell.

No...it's episodic, and no one has any idea what's going to happen two episodes from now. It's more like the original Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio show.
